Accessibility and Usability Statement

Proside, S.A. is committed to making the Proximo mobile application available in compliance with the Portuguese Government Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of October 19, which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.

I. Compliance status

The Proximo mobile application by Proside, S.A. is fully compliant with Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of October 19.

II. Preparation of this accessibility and usability statement

This statement was updated on 2025-07-18.

In accordance with Article 9 of Decree-Law No. 83/2018, entities must adopt the monitoring procedures presented below. Procedures A) and B) are mandatory. Procedure C) is recommended.

A. Automated evaluations carried out

The mobile application has not yet been subject to an automated accessibility evaluation.

Reasons for not carrying out automated evaluations:

Automated evaluation is not applicable to mobile applications.

IV. Other evidence

Proside, S.A. has not presented, at the time of completing this Statement, any additional evidence or efforts to make its website compliant with the accessibility requirements set out in Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of October 19.

V. Reporting discrimination

According to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of October 19, whenever a person with a disability is treated less favorably than another person in a comparable situation, constituting a discriminatory practice against persons with disabilities, as defined and punishable under Article 4 of Law No. 46/2006 of August 28, that person may file a complaint in accordance with Decree-Law No. 34/2007 of February 15.

The National Institute for Rehabilitation (INR, I.P.) provides a form to report discrimination situations, forwarding complaints to the competent authorities. Annually, the INR, I.P. prepares a report on the application of the law that prohibits and punishes discrimination on the grounds of disability and aggravated health risk (Law No. 46/2006 of August 28).

This Accessibility and Usability Statement was created with the help of the WAI-Tools PT Generator v1.5, developed under the WAI-Tools project, of which AMA is a consortium member. The Statement was prepared in accordance with Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of October 19.
